Please note that once you have booked an appointment, we have reserved precise time for your services. We understand schedules change and things come up, but please be mindful of your stylist(s) and their time. 

If you need to change your appointment, please reach out as soon as you are aware! This allows your stylist(s) to potentially fill the spot and helps to ensure we can reschedule you in a timely manner. To avoid late or cancellation fees, communicate with us and we'll do our best to work with you! Before all appointments are booked, a credit card will be put on file per The Beauty Hive's Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

We have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. In the event you are running late to your appointment and the salon/your stylist hasn't heard from you, you will receive a courtesy call to check in on you. Unfortunately, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be considered cancelled, will need to be rescheduled, and may be subject to the card on file being charged 50% of the total services booked.

No-Shows will be subject to the card on file being charged 50% of the total services booked.
